Okay so the Feature thing didn't really work, but I really want to improve my freehand, so whoever comments can have a free sketch.

In other news, I'm doing this weird cleanse thing for 10 days,
I have to drink a litre and a half of this molasses/lemon/cayenne pepper mix a day, we'll see how that goes.

MANAGEMENTs we
We have 5 Anonymous Council members, with one Representative who will relay every matter to the council for decisions.
The system now works with votes and most decisions will be made justly, and by the end of the day (taking into account time zones).

Watching is still mandatory, in order to keep our Collective together, however Favoriting is not, although that and commenting is highly encouraged to help support each other.

RANKING/AVATARS
No more unorganised lists of numbers or avatars, our members can use their own avatar with our symbols. Colour/animation may be added to the symbol/thier avatars if the user desires.

Ranking up has been made a lot easier (and more fun) thanks to our new council system..

TASKS
Tasks will be assigned by our Council Representative, minimum requirement is 1 task completed per month, otherwise you will be classed as not active and removed from the Collective (unless previously given a reason for said inactiveness).

Between tasks we will be holding small contests to help our members gain recognition/higher ranks, maybe other rewards.

DESKS
We have a few groups of members who will be responsible for maintaining certain areas in the Collective.
PromotionalDesk ~ Responsible for advertising the Collective, and spreading the word, also for getting a little pull with powerartists and admins on dA. Will help us to make a bigger impact.
HelpDesk ~ Responsible for helping out anyone who needs it! Whether its information about the collective, or with software or dA!.
